eSIM is a digital product that is delivered electronically. Once the QR code has been issued, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the eSIM has been activated.

  • No refunds after the QR code has been sent to your email
  • No exchanges for a different plan once issued
  • eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device or person
  • We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at checkout

If you have not received your QR code within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us at [email protected] before activating any other SIM.

NZeSIM provides prepaid eSIM data plans for use in New Zealand. Our services are available at nzesim.co.nz. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

NZeSIM 提供适用于新西兰的预付费 eSIM 数据套餐，服务网址为 nzesim.co.nz。购买即表示您同意本服务条款。

2. Eligibility 2. 使用资格

You must have a compatible eSIM-capable device to use our service. It is your responsibility to verify your device supports eSIM before purchasing. NZeSIM is not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices.

您的设备必须支持 eSIM 功能方可使用本服务。请在购买前自行确认设备兼容性。因设备不支持 eSIM 导致无法使用，本公司不承担责任。

3. How the Service Works 3. 服务流程

  • Select a data plan and add it to your cart
  • Enter your email address — your QR code will be sent here
  • Complete payment securely via Stripe
  • Receive your eSIM QR code by email (typically within 30 minutes)
  • Scan the QR code to install and activate your eSIM
  • 选择套餐并加入购物车
  • 填写邮箱地址，二维码将发送到此邮箱
  • 通过 Stripe 安全完成支付
  • 在邮箱中收到 eSIM 二维码（通常在 30 分钟内）
  • 扫描二维码安装并激活 eSIM

4. Network Coverage 4. 网络覆盖

Our eSIM plans operate on New Zealand's 5G/4G networks. Coverage may vary by location. NZeSIM does not guarantee coverage in remote or rural areas. Network performance depends on local conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

我们的 eSIM 套餐运行于新西兰 5G/4G 网络。覆盖范围因地区而异，偏远或农村地区可能无信号。网络性能受当地条件影响，无法保证稳定性。

5. Payment 5. 支付

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. NZeSIM does not store your card details.

所有价格以新西兰元（NZD）计，含适用的 GST。支付由 Stripe 安全处理，NZeSIM 不存储任何银行卡信息。

6. Limitation of Liability 6. 责任限制

NZeSIM's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, roaming charges, or inability to connect.

NZeSIM 的责任仅限于相关套餐的支付金额。对于数据丢失、漫游费用或无法连接等间接损失，本公司不承担责任。

7. Governing Law 7. 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
